The iTop is one of the most versatile tools out there. You can create brads, magnets, badges and so much more. It is easy to change out the parts and the possibilities for designs are endless. You can cover brads with paper, fabric and if you visit You Tube, you can find a video of Tim Holtz using the iTop with Sticky Back canvass. I love mine!

The only reason I didn't give this a five star review is due to the need to get the punches (otherwise, one uses a lot of time having to cut out paper to fit the size of your brad), large 28 MM attachment, brad pieces etc... It would've been better for Imaginisce to include the punches with this amazing tool. I would've paid a bit more for the bradmaker if it had included the punches etc...
I received this for Christmas last year and use it ALL THE TIME!! I absoutly love it!! I have the medium and smaller size.. I have not invested in the really really big size, seems a bit expensive, but I have not been disappointed in mine at all!!

It is a very pretty and nice mashine, never the less it is quite bulky and not so handy after all as the little pink plastic rings often come off during the procedure of brad making, and it also is sometimes difficult to take off the brad made. Eventhough I find difficulties in using it quickly, I would recommend it to someone who is into brad-making, because of the fact that the brads made in the end are perfect.
I bought this tool to use with fabric. I have wasted many itop brads, used glue dots, tried all sorts of things (different types of fabrics), and still the brads are not secure. A simple pull or tug to the back and the back easily comes off. If I paid 30+ dollars for a tool and more for brads and magnets, I want a brad that is secure and will not fall apart. So if you are ever so gentle with your brads, it will work, but otherwise, get ready for some frustration. They come apart easily.
I thought that I would love this tool, but since I don't want to pay the 30+ dollars to buy the punches and use the temples, I do not like the way they come out. Everything needs to be purchased separately, including the templates, the punches and all the brad parts. It doesn't even come with a sample to "play" with. After you buy everything you need to make your own brads, you're paying almost $90! Unless you make ALOT of brads, this just isn't worth it.
