Double sided adhesive foam pads (also known as pop dots) from Tombow. Quality foam maintains shape -"crush resistant". Instantly creates pop-ups and 3D effects. Great for raised and layered embellishments.
I love the two different sizes. I use it for adding small cutouts to cards. I sent two cards for mothers day and both our moms got intact, lovely cards through the mail. I have since seen foam rolls in some of the classes Scrapbook.com has online. I think these tabs are still a great purchase because the small tabs are smaller than you could comfortably cut/rip off the roll. For adding accents, these are great.

How thick are these squares?

Both sizes measure approximately 3/32" (a bit less than 1/8"). Hope this is helpful!
