Questions & Answers
  • New user of the Big Shot Plus Machine (just received it this week) and I love it!
My questions are: 1. Can I use glitter cardstock in my Big Shot Plus?
    2. On videos about using this machine, some demo's show placing the dies face down, (with flat side up)
And others show placing dies face up (with flat side down). Is there an important reason for this, or just preference?

    • You can absolutely use glitter cardstock in your Big Shot Plus! Actually, you can use any kind of specialty papers, I've used cork, suede, felt - I've even cut metal with it! Dies up or down tend to be a preference and really make no difference in cutting. I like to use my dies with cutting side down - a lot of times I am cutting a stamped image, etc and cutting side down, I just feel I have more control. Play with it and see which way you like.
