This paper just suits my project for making military projects, not scrapbooking. My only negative comment is that, for my purpose, there is too much printing on the reverse side. I have to be careful how I cut it to 8 1/2 x 11 size. I realize for scrapbooking it doesn't matter and I just have to remember this when I cut it.
I was unsure about getting this, as they look more like water spots on the paper. But when I got the paper, the fireworks looked great (and not like water spots)!
