I think this is the best product on the market for adhering stamps with lots of cuts or little pieces to them.

Kuretake - ZIG - Memory System - 2 Way Glue - 3 Piece Set

I am recently new to this product, so far I have found it great for those small things or even some of my paper cuts outs for securing to my cards. Really great for gluing of small letters. I would give a 5 star but I am honestly new to using this product waiting to see how secure the items stay. So far they look good.
