This is how I organize my ribbon. I remove my ribbon from the spool, wind it up and place it in the embellishment box. It takes a bit of time depending on how much ribbon you have. I place the boxes in something like the Cropper Hopper Embellishment Organizer. I always know what ribbon I have and it takes up very little space. I also use these little boxes for sewing embellishments, snaps, brads, eyelets, buttons…because these boxes are clear you don’t have to open them to figure out what’s inside. The only bad thing is the width, ribbon over ½” will not fit.
These little boxes hold SO MUCH! I had an CH embellie holder and got a pack of boxes to see if I could make it more organized and was immediately hooked. Each little box hold a ton of eyelets, brads, buttons, charms - whatever you put in them! And, you can label the top to easily find what you're looking for. I have put an example of what is in each box rather than write everything out and have sorted by colour to make it easier on myself. With these boxes the CH embellie holder holds so much more! Love it!
I have about 150 of these little boxes and 2 cropper hopper embellishment boxes to hold them in. These are the perfect size to hold everything I have in an organized spot! I have even put on of what is in each into the top so I can easily see what is in each! These are the ultimate organizing tool!!
Great for storage of embellishments. I used them for ribbon. The small spools of ribbon. I actually found some small ribbon cards at Hobby Lobby and used thoses inside these boxes. They work great in the CH storage box.
I have become mega organised with these little embellishment boxes. With these and the embellishment box everything is at my fingertips! They are great for taking supplies outside of the home too. Love them!
