Create a beautiful continuous die-cut border with the Cherish Punch Around the Page Set by Martha Stewart Crafts. Punch the corners first, and then use the edge punch to connect the pattern. It's easy when using the guides printed on the wings of the tool. The punches can also be used separately to make elegant corners or pretty borders.
The first few times I saw this punch in layouts I thought it was a die cut pp...I was pleasantly surprised to see it is a punch. I just love it and it is so easy to use....I usually mess up the corners with these type punches but not this one!
And I just saw one layout with the stitching using the teeny holes as a guide..not sure I have the patience for that but it looks beautiful.
I love this punch like all around the page punches it takes practice to get it perfect all around the page, learn from mistakes cover up boo boos with and embellishment move on!
Beautiful punch! You can use it as a punch or after you have punched your paper you can use it as a guide to stitch around the page. Either way it is a beautiful, timeless design that you will reach for over and over again.
I like it but I admit I am having problems getting the hang of going all way round the paper and having a clean finish ... maybe with more practice it will improve.
I recently purchased the set of cherish punches and love them. They really add beauty to a plain square paper. I can't stop trying them on all of my projects.
