Cover the Basics with these Carpe Diem Basic Personal Planner Inserts. There are 24 personal sized double sided inserts included in the package.
There are 2 different types of Carpe Diem planners in 2 different sizes. This is the for the smallest one I believe though it wasn't specified and I thought I ordered these blank pages to fit my planner. They did not. They are small, like a note pad, and too expensive in my opinion for what I received.

What size planner are these inserts for? I have the Carpe Diem Black Blossom planner and it is 6" x 7 1/2".

The 2 sizes of planners Carpe Diem offers are A5 & Personal. The larger size is the A5 and the smaller one is the Personal. Based on the measurements you provided, you have the smaller Personal size planner. These inserts would fit your planner since they are the Personal size inserts. By the way, these are great inserts; I’ve bought them myself. Hope this helps! =)
