I'm not familiar with the Elizabeth Craft A5 planner, but the Carpe Diem inserts seem to be standard A5 and they work with the Webster's A5 Planners.

Hello, CraftyLisa81, sorry for take too long to answer! Here in Brazil we use metric sistem, so I can mesure 17,2 x 10,2 centimeters with a scale. The package says it’s 6.75 x 4 inches. I hope it will help you.
