After weeks of harassing my husband he purchased this machine from Pazzles directly for my birthday. I was so excited....that is until I tried to use it. The software did not work properly, there were no clip art images that were supposed to come with the machine. I tried loading and reloading the software, I called Pazzles IT support and they never called me back. I emailed Pazzles and they took days, sometimes over a week to email me back and their only solution was to send me another corrupted disk. Then they started to say that my computer (less then 1 yr old) was the problem. I had that checked and nothing was wrong. I still tried to use the machine to cut out words or try and use the pen tool and nothing worked. The adhesive backing on the two mats started peeling off and sticking to my paper after only a couple attempted uses. I finally tried to return the machine and Pazzles would not return it because it had been over 30 days. No matter that I had been having trouble since day one and had documentation that the machine did not work. I am soo disappointed on the whole experience. I am a fairly new scrapper and this was a major purchase and I got burned. Never buy this machine!!!!! I will never purchase anything from Pazzles ever again!!!
I wanted a cutter for the boxes and other items I make from card stock and vellum, and I wanted to be able to cut any design I might come up with. I also wanted to be able to score fold lines. When I read in the description that the Pazzles Inspiration cutter could use Illustrator Files and that it had an embossing tool, I knew this was the machine for me.
I have had my Inspiration for almost a month now and I must say that it has done everything I had hoped it would. It is noisy, but that's a small price to pay for being able to do all the things I had to do so laboriously by hand before. I am now free to concentrate on the designing end of things.
I think this is a great machine for the price, and Scrapbook.com has the BEST price!
I have had the Pazzles Cutter for about 4 months now, and I love it! I am not limited to cartridges that I have to regularly buy, and I can use all True Type fonts that are on my computer, including dingbats. There are hundreds of free clip art images on the Internet that can easily be used. It is super easy to weld letters and images. It is super easy to put an outline around it! This is a fantastic die-cutter, and while it is on the pricey side, it is worth every single penny. You can cut felt, chipboard, vinyl, and they even have stamp stuff so you can cut stamps out. No more expensive letter stickers! Love it, love it, love it!

I'm sooo in Love with my Pazzles!!! I've had it for a little over a week now and I can't stop playing with it. I watched some tutorials online and had no trouble learning how to use the software. I have made more cards, pages, and projects this week than I have so far this year. I am really enjoying this machine. I can't even fathom how I got on without it for so long!

Could not give it 5 stars as I see room for improvement. I love vector based programs and if you are a computer geek you will not know how you lived without this product. You absolutely must get the embossing mat along with your purchase, I can emboss and cut on the same mat. It is a struggle to make your own designs like fronds etc., but I am learning as i go. You do get a lot of basic designs right out of the box as well. I did try to cheat and use cricut mats, you have to align the blade, but it functions better with the pazzle mat. Final verdict, it is a must!!
Since I have been a Sillouette user, I thought I would be able to sit down and use the Pazzle immediately. I found that I had to read the instruction manual .duh! I haven't had the time to sit down and really use the machine but I am excited and think it will be great.
I love this machine!! I love that I can cut any fonts on my computer, and you can download a lot of free fonts too! There is also many many things you can cut from free files that you can find on people's blogs and other places.
The only down fall that I have is that it seems like a lot of my fonts are duplicates. So I can have 10 fonts that are the same with different names, and that is kind of fusturating. Also, it can be very very over whelming for me at times. It is hard to get some of your cutting images in files so you can see them before you open them. And sometimes you have to vectorize them, and that is kind of confusing sometimes too. I have to admit I don't use this machine as much as I could, because it takes time to get to know the machine. I do consider myself VERY computer friendly. I took well over 10 credites of computers in high school, and i've been around them all my life. I have issues with getting the images ready to cut.
I would recomend this machine because you can turn almost anything into a diecut file. Don't let the issues I have with this machine make you not get this machine. I do love it, I love what this machine could do, I just havn't figured out how to do a lot of it!!
