I'm looking for some "tall" dots, dots that pop it high off the page. Are these tall?

I think they were about the same as any other pop dot I've used. They do stick very well. For a taller base I usually use foam tape and double it. You could also double the dots but I think that foam tape might be a little sturdier when used in this way. Hope that helps.
