I've bought a number of these sets of ink cubes in various colours from Pinkfresh studio after hearing people rave about them. The ink pads are so dry you can hardly get any ink out of them. Re-inkers seem to be hard to come by. I'm sorry I bought these and won't be buying this ink brand again.
I've been testing out ink minis from a number of manufacturers so I can find the right fit for me. I almost let some reviews complaining about dry ink pads derail me on buying these, even though I really like the color palette and others have said good things about PinkFresh inks. After I ordered, I contacted PinkFresh Studios' customer service to ask them what I should expect the weight of a new mini to be (so I could test them when they arrived). They said the weight should be about 9.5 grams. Well, I have to tell you, every ink cube weighed in between 10-11 grams. Not one was below. A very well known manufacturer's cube line comes in at an average of 9 grams brand new, so the higher weight was nice to see. I'm looking forward to testing out these inks further.
