The product is a nice concept but i had submitted an email to support because it comes looking used and when they sent another one it looked the same. The back looks worn out and is all creased which doesn’t make sense because the back isn't ever being bent

I was wondering if there was any way to order this product without the "dreams really do come true" graphic on the front? The subtle background design in dark gray is ok, but I would like to buy it plain so I can customize it myself. 
You can customize the cover yourself. I'd doing that right now with the Baby Girl Flipbook. I love the colors, but don't have any baby pictures, so I covered over the title on the front with die cuts turning it into a mini about a trip to FL.

What color are the pages in each album? Would this be a good choice for Graphic 45 paper?

Are these pages pre-mounted?? They don't look like it in the box I see. Or....how are they mounted to the album? I love the idea, but not sure how it's best to mount the pages.
There is no assembly required. You just need to add your photos. Because it is a flipbook, the spine allows for the book to lay flat which is why, in the box picture, it looks like it requires some assembly. But truly all you need are photos. All the flips done on the inside are all ready for you to just mount your photos and go! Thanks for asking!
