Serious Adhesive for Scrappers

"Scrapping since 2000, I have tried all the adhesives out there. Even the ones that rolled out smoothly did not stick in the long run - old layouts are falling apart. I have used Scotch ATG for 4+ years and can highly recommend it. Yes, it's big and initially expensive, but it works, it sticks, and it lasts. The rolls last for weeks without needing replacement, and it is maneuverable even in small places. I recommend the 1/4" size for scrapbooking." - Scrapping in Saudi

Tape, tape and more tape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"There really is not too much to decide on here, the amount of tape that is on this role makes up for the price of the ATG gun by far, you will soon appreciate not running out of tape in the middle of a project and simply enjoy the price of the tape refills. Yeah, thumbs up for scotch adhesive. And b 4 I 4 get the general use tape is what I use on my card making and scrapbooking paper(s). I would not recommend the General use for photos." - starting over

ATG refills and Gun

"This item is wonderful! Great for doing lots of cards at once or covering a large area. Easy to use, replacing the refill is not hard. Directions are clear and easy to understand. Way cheaper than buying the little snail adhesive all the time." - katstamps65

Not just the refills, but the whole dispenser!

I absolutely love this adhesive system. Away with the smaller adhesives that run out too quickly. This is large enough to last through several projects, yet not to bulky to use. Threading the tape can be tricky at first, but there is a great diagram inside of the holder that works great between the need to insert a new refill and when did I put this last one in! :)

I will ONLY buy these from Scrapbook.com in the future

I have a heck of a time finding a store that has these in stock in my area. I tried Scrapbook.com and they had TONS in stock! I had them delivered to my door 2 days later. I will never again waste my time and gas driving all over the city looking for these and will go directly to Scrapbook.com!

    More of the same...

There isn't anything that hasn't already been said about the value and useability of Scotch ATG tape. Beats the heck out of smaller "snail" adhesive applicators. It does require that you scrupulously adhere to the technique for applying the adhesive. You have to be precise.

    Eco-frindly. Enough adherence.

Since a bought my ATG from Scotch I stop buying other tape adhesives. This product is not extremely strong but it works for my projects, even for wrapping gifts!
The other thing I really love about the refills is the little plastic roll that leave at the end. Is the most eco-friendly adhesive. You know there are some with big cartridges that are a lot of waste.

Arrived just in time--I was running out of this tape! Yikes!

I have been using my Scotch ATG ever since the other tape runner was losing its stickability (I know that's really not a word, but it should be!). The ATG tape sticks almost forever and is so easy to use. Thank you for carrying this tape...I will order it from Scrapbook.com from now on.

    Shopping at Scrapbook.com

I knew that if anyone was selling the ATG Refill Rolls it would be Scrapbook.com. It seems my local retailers aren't selling my go-to refills for my adhesive and I was right. They had them and they came quickly. Always a good experience at Scrapbook.com.

    Thanks!

Thanks for offering the original Scotch refill! I didn't notice Am*z*n had been sending generic, substandard refills, until I realized we were having troubles about half way through each roll. Hopefully, you will be able to keep these in stock!

  • I've recently opened a new package of these and BOTH rolls have the adhesive on the wrong side of the tape. I've never encountered this before. Is there a way to fix it, or did I just waste $10 Canadian?   By: ppilgrim (24-Mar-20) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • I use this tape but do NOT use the ATG applicator. I always put it down by hand and it works like a charm. Also that way I have control over when I remove the backing. I hope this idea this will help you since you cannot put it into the ATG. ::hugs:: By: BKscrapbook (24-Mar-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • Well duh eh? I'm a total idiot because I honestly didn't think of using it like Score-Tape. Sometimes, the simplest solution stares me right in the face and I don't see it. Thank you! • Is this Scotch - Adhesive Refill for the Pink ATG GENERAL PURPOSE safe for photos? Acid-free, lignin-free & archival safe?   By: bloggermom (19-Dec-14) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • The general purpose tape is usually used for everything but photos or anything archival. Meaning, if it's really important to you, use the really important tape - the non-acidic, so the one you are asking about is not it. You are referring to the general use tape. Look for the archival version for your photos. I can see how this might be confusing because, at least on my computer screen, that part of the description for each of the two types of tape get cut off since there isn't enough room. Is that clear as mud? Compare the prices and pay more for the tape that's more long-lasting. By: Sandie H (05-Sep-15) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • They make 2 kinds of tape. One is not acid free, the other is. Usually the one that is acid free is more expensive. Sometimes as much as 2.00$ more. Hope this helps.
