I love this! I normally don't make my own flowers, but this tool really helps give your handmade flowers dimension. There is a little bit of a learning curve to it, but once you figure out how wet to make your petals with either water or mist, it rocks! I've used crepe paper, cardstock, and vellum so far- beautiful!

I've used almost every flower tool on the market...this delivers! No more cramped hands from using the foam mat and shaping tools (but are still ok for small shaping)! This is fast and easy! Don't over soak the paper and it won't tear - I like to wet with rubbing alcohol because it dries quickly :-)

This is a handy little tool. It is sturdy and does the job of perfecting a petal on a paper flower
Great tool! I've used it on thin card stock, heavy card stock and it's awesome. No more tired hands and fingers using embossing tools and a mouse pad. Just spritz, dab, place and twist. Love it!
I was so excited to receive the Bloom Impressions Flower Tool, but after using it I was so disappointed. I watched the tutorial several times but the flowers/petals did not hold their shape. I tried different types of paper, less water misting/more water misting but nothing worked. I feel like I wasted my money.
Over priced, limited in the use for making flowers, very dissapointed.

We use just about everything, the key thing to remember is to only dampen the paper slightly, you don't want the paper to be real wet. You may need to adjust how damp you make it depending on the paper thickness. I use crepe paper, tissue paper, coffee filter, and my favorite just regular 65lb cardstock. I will do a video soon showing all the types of paper with the tool so you can see it live.

Make sure to not drench the paper, just get it damp with the mist or ink. This will help.

will stiffened fabric work with this product?

I believe it will. Make sure to dampen the fabric a little with water or fabric starch.

It will as long as you add something like starch to help it hold it's shape. You may want to add a little heat to the fabric after as well to dry it.
