I don't have a die cut machine so I was looking for the largest scalloped circle that I could find and this is it! 3.5 inches is large enough to use to cut or mat pictures or for journaling or other embellishments. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it and the clear bottom allows you to see exactly where you are punching. The main downside is that the actual punch is huge and a little difficult to store.
