If you are the proud owner of the Mini Ink Blending Tool, then you will want to have the Replacement Foams designed by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink on hand. Use these foams to easily apply ink and paint to small spaces including stencils, photos, tags, die cuts and more.

Contents:

  • 20 refill foams

  Dimensions:

  • One inch in diameter

The foams are designed in a round shape that is slightly larger than the Mini Ink Blending Tool eliminating those harsh lines or edges when applying ink or paint to your mixed media projects. You won’t believe the unlimited creative blending options that you will have with the foams, you can use several inks at one time and they won’t get contaminated. The foam only delivers the ink making it easy to use several tones at once while you are creating.

The Mini Ink Round Blending Tool and Foams are great for:

  • Stenciling
  • Distress inking
  • Distressing photos, tags or die cuts
  • Applying paints to small areas
  • Creating a background on your project
  • Blending multiple inks together
  • And anything else that you can think of!

Still need to grab the Mini Ink Blending Tool? You can purchase it separately (pp-riib40965) and you can store your extra foams in the Storage Spinner (ch-th93280) for easy and convenient use, also sold separately.

The foams are washable and reusable, simply wash with soap and water and you are ready to start creating again!

Here’s what Scrapbook.com customers are saying about the Mini Ink Blending Tool Replacement Foams:

Replacement Foams for Blending

“First time I've used these, and they are really nice. I love them. Easy to use (very important to me) and the project looks fantastic. I can't believe it's me that made it! I'm thinking these are "magic foams". :)” – Freebird Forever

Great NEW shape!

“I've loved the Tim Holtz blending foams for a while, but this new size and shape is FABULOUS!” – Rebeccakeppel

Perfect replacement pads for ink blenders

“It is really nice to have a pad for each color of ink, so you don't have to stop and wash a soiled pad and wait for it to dry. I cut up some pieces of the hook side of hook and loop tape and glued it on the bottom of my ink pads. Then when I use a pad on that color the loop tape on the back of each pad allows it to be mounted on the bottom of the matching ink pad for easy storage.” – pathathaway

    Good for blending distressinks

These work great with the Tim Holz distress inks. They fit perfectly on the
bottom of each mini ink so they are handy when you need a quick blending tool.

    Love Them

These are so much better than the square ones, they are easier to blend I purchased enough for each of my colors and now have a few extra - they are perfect.

    A must have...

...for ink blending. If you’re as addicted to ink blending as I am you definitely will need these. The size and shape are absolutely perfect. The quality of the foam is critical when you’re ink blending. You don’t want the foam to just absorb ink and you certainly don’t want it to break down quickly. That becomes wasteful and frustrating. These foam pads allow the ink to glide smoothly and blend onto your card stock with very little effort. They are also quite durable. I’ve gotten a good year out of mine so far. I’ve purchased this refill pack to accommodate the new Distress Oxide colors. My year old foam pads are still going strong.

    Thanks TIM

    These are the best items.
My 3 years old grandson and his sister 5 years old. They look for Tim like he will show up.
    The kids really like everything.
Are there any things made for the kids?

    Thanks.

    Blenders

Nice product, love the way they blend, does take a little practice but once you get use to it it works well.

    Must Have

If you're an ink blender these are a must-have. I have four handles and each ink pad has its own foam for blending. I use these with both my distress inks and my distress oxide inks.

  • How do you clean the oxide or ink off the foam so you can use it with a different color? Or do I use one pad for each color?   By: donze (25-Jun-22) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • You can use the foam for one pad or use one pad for each color family. Some crafters buy tools and foam for each color and some crafters velcro each foam under each ink pad and dedicate one foam for that pad color. You can also wash the foam in dawn dish soap let dry and use over and over. By: Ranger Ink (25-Jun-22) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Is the diameter 1.0 or 1.25 inches in diameter? Somebody in the web said that they are bigger.   By: User (01-Mar-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • The Mini Ink Blending Foam is 1.0 inches in diameter. They are the round blending foam. There are also the rectangular foam that is 1 1/4 x 1 3/4 (1.25 x 1.75). And the Detailed blending tools (double sided) that are 1/4 (.25) for applying inks into small areas. By: bowler72 (03-Mar-19) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
