Critial size for A-7 card makers

Finally! A cutting mat for those of us who aren't stuck in the A-2 card style! I prefer greeting card size and always had to adapt to a shorter focal panel with my other nested rectangles. Now I have one that will fit. They are designed for 5 x 7 cards which is important since many of my blank cards are 5 x 6 1/2.

Are these dies the same as the A2 dies where you have to buy 2 sets in order to get the 1/8 in border for matting ?
