I was going to purchase crackle paste, but decided to do the crackle stencil because for my mixed media projects, cards, art journaling, etc. it seemed it might be more versatile - I am loving it!
So far I have used with paste, paint, ink and I've also used as a stamp to get that grainy crackle texture. The design is a bit delicate so you do have to be careful with the pastes, but it is an amazing stencil and I am so glad I chose it!

I really enjoy the pattern that this stencil makes. I've used it with spray and ink on cardstock and it makes the backgrounds more interesting.

Why hasn't SBC had the Tim H monthly ink pads availible?? I've had to order Tim H. monthly ink pads from 'other' art co's!!! Both Joggles & Stamper's A have had the monthly ink pads on sale....& 'right on time' when they came out for sale!!

All of Tim Holtz's products by Stampers Anonymous are of great quality. Add that extra little something to projects. Works very well with Distress Inks, Distress Oxide, products as versatile with many other products used in the mix media world as well.
Crackle bigger than I expected, otherwise I am pleased... Material is quite thin but it will serve its purpose.
