I just added Rock Candy Distress Stickles to my stash of Stickles and it's really neat and looks so much like frost and snow because it's not highly glittery like the regular Stickles. It can be spread all over a project, or put in just a few spots and looks great either way.
I really like the Tim Holtz products and enjoy his videos, so I'm glad to have a source for his products.
I also got the larger jar of Rock Candy Stickles for larger areas, so I can keep the small bottles with the spouts for smaller detailing.
I´ve got tons of stickles and I can´t say that I´m very pleased with the distress series. I think the original is much better. They are messy and the colours are not the same as the ink anyway. But this is an exception. It is SO useful. Yes, it´s as messy as the other distressed ones, but it doesn´t matter since it hasn´t got any colour and you don´t use it in the same way. You can put it on flowers, stickers, fabric... whatever. It´ll get that little spark. Really nice.

I love to use Stickles in all my cards and layouts – it just gives this an extra bling and pop that makes it look so nice. Works really well for my holiday cards too! Though the Distressed version has a large opening and if you aren’t careful you can get a big blob to come out instead of the fine line. Once you get use to it, you can really work some magic! I think I have just about every shade offered!
These glitter glues are good as they have a high ration of glitter to goop in the tube to give one a nice and sparkly coverage.
This is bye far the most versatile color as it adds a good sparkle without being too over the top. Adding just a bit really finishes a project.
It is hard deciding what color to get as they are all nice.
I have loved the delicate sparkle-y topcoat on so many of K&Co's embellishments - it mimics the sugary sparkles on the
Christmas and Easter cards my great-grandmother sent me from Iowa when I was a little girl. And of equal value to me, they don't flake off. I would definitely recommend them!
I love this product. It's differant from regular Stickles. It drys with clear chunks which looks like, well, rock candy. I love to use it to edge flowers. Makes the flowers look like they have frost on the edges. Really cool stuff.
I will probably use this more than any other color! Because it is a "distress" glue, it isn't sparkle shiny- it dries to a translucent "crystally" texture. It looks like frost- I can't wait to use it on my winter pages!

I used this on Christmas cards this year and absolutely love it! It sparkles just like snow does when the light catches individual flakes. I'll be getting more once it's back in stock!
Used to the sparkly colored Stickles, I was surprised that the Rock Candy is a bit different. It still sparkles but is subdued and looks wonderful on wintery/snowy projects.
Tim Holtz has so many wonderful products & this is a great product for my Christmas cards!:)
