I normally like all of Tim Holtz's products but I have to admit that these were not what I was looking for. Certainly good quality like all of Tim's products, but way too big for card making, which is what I had planned on using them for. Gave them to a friend of mine who made earrings out of the larger ones. I kept the smaller ones to see if I can figure out what to do with them. (they do make interesting earrings.)
Clever embellishments for mixed media projects.
I wish they came in more than the two sizes - but as they are, they're very useful in collage, assemblage, and - of course - in Tim Holtz' transfiguration boxes.
I use ALOT of these - I dread the day when they stop making them! I hope they're very popular and will be in production for years to come!
These are so fun, I used them on my Tim Holtz tags and on a couple of cards. Easy to attach using wire or just gluing them with glossy accents.
I know, who would have thought of these other than our MAN...yes, they are so cool...I have so many ideas to use with them.
Cool ideas as always from Tim. Great for earrings. But will be using in configuration boxes.
What a clever way of spicing up a project! Perfect size and an enlightening embellishment, just my style for steam punk or masculine card or project!
These bulbs are perfect for adding that extra "steampunk" accent to a project.
