Okay, I tested these stitched borders with my new We R Memory Keepers Revolution Die and Embossing machine. They worked perfectly and the small details had a HUGE impact!!! I took a prepurchased plain card and added some stitched border. I didn't think anyone would notice. After I looked at the card, I thought "wow, that has a really high end look, just from that border". I ended up showing it to my most honest critics (hubby, kids, mom) and I got rave reviews! It really added that special touch and everyone noticed it immediately.
These dies were exactly what I was looking for! Sometimes the edge of something just needs a little something extra to finish it off! This fits the bill!

This does not make deep impressions . Dies are extremely narrow and thin.

Do these dies actually cut out a paper border, or are they just putting an impression/embossing paper with a border image?

They do not cut. They just create a stitched detail.
