Create a gorgeous card cover with the Tulips 3D Embossing Folder by Paper Rose. Included in the package is one embossing folder that measures 5" x 7".
I used this folder on colored cardstock and white cardstock. Didn't like plain embossed surfaces on either the emboss or deboss sides, in either colored or white cardstock, because image is somewhat confusing to the eye. So, I used a small dauber to smear dye ink onto each side (separately) of embossing folder; and results were best on white cardstock (I liked the emboss side best). I also tried hitting high points, on emboss side of colored cardstocks, using the same ink and small dauber on top of embossed inking (a technique I call "double-daubering")...which creates a much darker looking but better defined image. I took pictures to show results, but no way to attach to this review.
Great 3D embossing folder. It works well brushing some colors on parts of the front area them running a lightly water spritzed piece of cardstock through. Deep impressions, and it makes a nice catd front for little effort. I just added a die cut sentiment to finish it.
I love this embossing folder. I did find that it worked better on mirror or shiny card rather than card stock. Add a sentiment and it is done.
I haven't used this yet but I like how it looks and I think this is one of my favorite brands now.
I love this embossing folder of Tulips. It look great with a simple white cardstock. You can easily add a touch of gold with your inkpad,. You can also use it with a shinny cardstock to have a gorgeous effect.
whatever cardstock you use, the result is always beautifull.

I absolutely love this embossing folder. Tulips are my favorite flower, so this was a treat. The pattern is even better-- it can be used in many different ways.
I LOVE this folder! It’s great as a background, and I can think of a few ways to use it as a card front.

Silly me, I thought these were tulips but can think of many uses for this embossing folder.
