Included in the package are thin metal dies.
I didn’t look at the dimensions thinking it would fit on an A2 sized card, however, they are not that size.
I should've looked closer at the examples submitted of how the die cuts. The details cut beautifully; but, thin borders are cut; not a panel. My bad.
It's probably just my machine (Cuttle Bug), but the die won't cut my 80 lbs cardstock. I did what they recommended, added different shims and I couldn't get a clean cut. It recommended a metal plate but so far I haven't found one that fits my machine.
The pros of this die is you can create a number of pretty frames. Except for the con: the amount of work it takes to figure out how to get them to cut is ridiculous. The packaging notes that you might need a shim or cardboard to use the die....how about making a die that cuts the way most do is my question. I couldn't find my shim so had to experiment with a number of different cardstocks to make this work (the thicker ones would let the die go through; the thinner ones did nothing). Like the concept of all-in-one frames, hate having to work so hard to get them.
Cuts well. Very versatile. I can think of many designs I want to try.
Many Uses, also interesting to use as a full background. Lots of Rectangles has many uses.
It is a. Beautiful collection of rectangles I LOVE IT. JOYCE BUS
