This is so cute. The insert notebooks are really good quality also. Mine has four bands, versus three. The bonded leather is really stiff. I was worried that it couldn't be trained to lay flat, but it is laying flat now.
Only complaint: The elastic closure is smashing the ruffles. Should have been a notch or something to avoid that. (?) It shows a notch in the image on the back of the packaging.
Love this, however I could tell the packaging had been taped shut so this had been out of the packaging. The journal just seems a little grimy I will keep it because I am lazy about returns but I am a little disappointed in the cleanliness I guess. The journal however, I think will be amazing.
