Product Questions & Answers

  • Hi there, I have been watching the video tutorial in making a photo book using Prima Timeless Memories Collection. The lady talks about using magnets but how do they work? is the book made of some sort of metal and do you make the foundation book or do you buy it, if so what is the product code so I can buy on please and thanks.

    • The magnets are very small and can be used to close certain areas. Some designers use them, some don''t. They are glued on under the paper so you do not see them. There is a Youtube video out there with a lady maybe not making this particular album but it would give you an idea how to use them exactly and place them correctly. I would watch a few other videos until you find one showing the exact process. I got my magnets from Joann's but I am sure there are others who sell as well. There really are many methods used in various albums that do the same purpose. I myself have not used them yet as I just ordered some. I wish I could be more helpful in pointing you in the right direction. By: Kathy1234 (25-Feb-15) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

    • I remember seeing this video but can't remember who made it... my age is showing..... There was magnetic strip hid under a strip of paper on one side and a magnet closure added to the other side, both bought separately. Hope that helps... :) delaina By: D J B (25-Feb-15) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
