  Upon receipt of this product I used it on a mixed media painting. Instructions were to put a heavy coating of it on. So I probably put more than I needed and was afraid I had messed it up because it did not crackle for several hours and then just little bits. I put it in my tub in the bathroom because it was the warmest place in the house and left it over night. The next morning, it wa s really cracking. Love the way it looks.
