I love the rich beautiful colors of this paint but OMGosh...just try to open it a 2nd or 3rd time. Prima should be making industrial strength glue because there is no way I can open these once any paint gets on the inside rim of the jar. We even tried channel lock pliers to no avail. I'm thinking of using a punch type can opener to get in there.
A very pretty sapphire blue metallic finish. This paint isn’t as glittery as the Sparks line but it has a good shine. I wish it didn’t dry quite so fast; you have a short time to blend it or move it. But it does clean up easily with liquid soap and water.
Another reviewer complained about the lid. I’ve never had a problem. Here’s what I do:
I do not remove the foam cover on the paint jar. I lift the cover up on one side when I want to use the paint and then put it back down. I make sure there is no paint on the outside of the screw-on part of the jar or inside the lid. I have never had a problem getting the lids off and I have severe arthritis. Hope this tip helps!
This color is gorgeous!! The shimmer in this is great, can water down some to make splatter marks too
