White, light-weight stones which are great add-on to gesso or Art Basics gels and pastes creating customized products and effect. You can add Art Stones to the base of your choice, mix and apply on the project with a palette knife or glue it directly to the project using any of our Art Basics as an adhesive creating great heavy-texture effect, great for painting and decorating after drying. Archival-safe. Non-toxic.
The size of these mini art stones are like the sizeof micro beads but a bit lighter in texture. Fun!
I have used these to make my project look as though there is real sand and it works a treat! You get quite a bit in that jar too- a little goes a long way.

I had never tried mixed media tequniques preveously but once I used art stones from Prima Marketing I realised it was a charming touch to my works. These stones are so light they can be used anywhere. They accept paint, stain, anything you want to put on them.
