This clear photopolymer stamp set, Vintage Postage is from Papertrey Ink. This stamp set will help you create postage stamps and postcards with a vintage flair. There are many sentiments to go with these stamps also. These stamps adhere to acrylic blocks and can be used with your favorite inks, markers, embossing powders, and other crafting mediums. These stamps can be used on cards, envelopes, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, planners, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects. The rectangle postage stamp measures 2" wide x 1.25" tall, the square postage stamp measures 1.375", the Sent with Love stamp measures 3" x 0.875". and the wavy lines measure 1.75" x 0.875". This stamp set has a coordinating die set (sold separately).

When I create cards that I plan on giving to someone in person, I sometimes like to create a fake postage stamp to decorate the envelope. These stamps create a clear image, which is great! However, they are larger than I thought because I didn't realize that I was looking for a smaller postage stamp size, haha. I should have measured the standard forever flag stamps that I use when I actually mail cards (those are 7/8 x 1 inch for reference). The square postage stamp in this set is 1 3/8 x 1 3/8 inches and the rectangle postage stamp is 2 x 1 3/8 inches. This large size works well for my larger 6 x 12 inch cards that I make for groups to sign. I had also purchased a smaller stamp punch (the Dress My Craft - Postcard Ticket Punch), which works better for my smaller cards, but I like using the stamps in this set to decorate even my punched fake postage stamps. It definitely adds that something extra to in-person card giving!
