After reading another review on this paper, I was hesitant to buy any. But I'm so glad I did! I love this series!! The paper is nice and thick--great for scrapping beach trip photos! And I love the image--it looks real, like a photo. As the other reviewer pointed out, the bottom edge is slightly out of focus. To me it looks like the sand is simply trailing away into the ocean and it did not bother me. (Plus, once you add your photos and embellishments, I doubt you would actually notice it.) I will definitely be buying more of this line--especially "Six" which is closest to a super white sand color, but also the others too. I like the mix of colors!
I picked up four in this series of card stock and am not super happy with any of them. This one is the closest to typical white beach sand. The flecks of different minerals are tiny enough and add visual texture without seeming like non-organic dots. That is all good. The not so good is the whole page is out of focus, much worse on the edges. This might work for you but it feels like an impression of sand rather then actual sand to me. Viewing the price I'm not so pleased.
Usually scrapbook paper is really thin but this scrapbook paper is the best quality I’ve ever used. The paper is so smooth, thick, and soft. It was shipped very carefully too without any bends in the paper. I’m happy with my purchase.
