      I have not received my paper yet but I think it's just a print not textured. When I get my paper I'll post back. But if your concern is about making nice neat perfectly even folds, even with textured paper, I really suggest investing in a "Martha Stewart Crafts Scoring Board and Envelope Tool". Right now It's $17.60 on Amazon, I'm not sure what it's selling for on scrapbook.com, prob cheaper. I use mine ALL the time and have never used it to make envelopes. So if you don't make envelopes-it's still the best tool for perfect folds. It has grids (measurements) so it makes the most accurate and perfect fold. Hope this helps for now.
