Yes, this is indeed a splash of color, almost a rainbow of color, but not enough of it. The rest is white, but I can make good use of that, as it's more like cardstock than thin paper. It looks like the paint splashes didn't get enough time to spread down the whole page. Pretty, striking, crisp colors and I like them.
