Both sides are great for all those swim team pictures.
I like this paper because it actually looks like a pool with the lanes. I used it for both my granddaughter/son for their swimming pictures in a kid's triathlon. I've used it before for the same event last year.
Used paper to line vases for swim team banquet centerpieces - so much easier than using water. First year I used side with lane lines - this year used water side only. Looked great.
