This Mini Kit 06 has four Distress Archival Ink Pads designed by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink. These ink pads are waterproof, acid free dye inks that are permanent on many surfaces. These inks provide long-lasting stamping results that will not bleed when used with water-based inks, markers, acrylic paint, and watercolor. These small ink pads measure 1.25" x 1.75" and can easily be reinked with the coordinating re-inkers (sold separately). There is also a handy Mini Archival Ink Storage Tin (also sold separately) that can be bought to store these little ink pads in. The colors in this kit include Rustic Wilderness, Fired Brick, Frayed Burlap, and Prize Ribbon. This ink set is made in the USA.
I was disappointed with these I don’t know if they are older what but they are somewhat dried out and it is very hard to get the ink on a stamp or even if I turn it over it comes out so pal it’s like there’s no Ink in it
I was hoping this line of Archival inks would be expanded! I love the size of these ink pads, too. It's nice to have a permanent ink to use with the water reactive inks.
I love that I can match my inks perfectly. I can use distress ink for a background and use the same colour in archival for stamping.
