I accidentally bought this instead of the regular white matte texture paste by Ranger. I was afraid it wasn't going to work on my project. I was making a stone-like texture on a little cardboard house. This paste is thinner and obviously transparent. The bricks did run together a little bit, it was easy to fix that by running a stylus through the areas that ran together. In fact, I think it was a little easier to fix than with regular texture paste. I painted this paste and the bricks look like stones just as I wanted them to.

A good transparent texture paste not as think as the Mater's touch modeling paste, (Hobby-Lobby brand) but a nice and thicker, pudding like consistency. And it is transparent after it dries. My only reason for giving this product a rating of 4 stars, it's because the bottle is small; so if used to frequently, or you are heavy -handed at stenciling, it will be empty quick.
I really like this paste, it gives great shine , and texture to all your projects. I also like that you can use with mediums on stencils.
If I could have only one texture paste, this is the one I’d choose. It goes on easily and produces good results.
