I have not used it yet. So I just opened the bottle to check. It does has a slight smell when I opened it. After a few seconds, it did not smell so much. It is not pungent to me. I for one...don't like "strong odors"....they bother my breathing easily. In my opinion, it is not bothersome. As far as what it smells like...it does not smell bad to me. I venture to say, that it smelled a little bit like bubble gum?? I'm not sure, that was their intentions at all when they made it. But that's what I would liken it to. As I said..it is not a strong odor at all and I don't feel it will be a problem (breathing wise)....for me, when I do end up actually using it. Hope that helps!
