This package of three Distress Crayons, Set 14, is designed by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink. Distress Crayons have amazing, vibrant colors and can be used on porous surfaces for mixed media techniques. These crayons have water-reactive pigments and can be used for creating backgrounds, for watercoloring, smudge effects, and much more. These crayons can be used as is for coloring, they can be blended with water, and they can be layered with Distress Inks or Stains (sold separately). This set includes Villainous Potion, Saltwater Taffy, and Uncharted Mariner.

  Great new set of saturated Distress crayons

  I was glad to see that this set of some of the newer Distress colors was available. All three colors are great. The Distress crayons are very rich and saturated. They blend well with water on kraft, watercolor and other cardstock. On coated cardstock, you can remove some color with water. I love the Distress crayons and recommend this set.
