This package includes one raised ink pad that measures 2" x 2" and is a combination of water-reactive dye and pigment ink that creates an oxidized effect when sprayed with water. The Saltwater Taffy ink will add an amazing touch to all your paper crafting, home decor, and mixed media projects. This ink pad coordinates with all of the Saltwater Taffy products, including the Distress Embossing Glaze, Distress Oxide reinker, Distress ink pads, and more (all sold separately). This ink pad has a coordinating reinker (sold separately) so you will never run out of this fabulous color. This product is made in the USA.

I am obsessed with Distress Oxides. When I saw videos on this new color, I thought to myself "do I really need this color"? Much to my surprise, I responded "yes, you DO need this new color". So I gave in and made the purchase. I am so glad I listened to myself. It is a really nice, soft coral color and blends beautifully with other Distress Oxides. Can I buy stock in Ranger products? :)
I'm not really a "pink" person, but I really love "saltwater taffy". It goes with a variety of looks I try to achieve, from Shabby Chic to Grunge. And it goes without saying that it provides a great summery feel. I grew up going to Virginia and Maryland beaches and this really triggers fun memories :)
Like all Distress Oxide inks this one blends very well. It looks beautiful with so many shades!

The color is very pretty and the ink pad is easy to use without having to fight to get the ink.
I love the ranger distress oxides. This is another beautiful color! I like the oxides better than the ink because of the smooth soft appearance it gives to your project and the ease of coloring/shading/blending .
This is a perfect lighter shade to the Abandoned Coral.
Love this.. I've used it on lily's and butterflies for outstanding colors.. Shade it into blue and get this great purple color on butterfly wings..
Nothing more needs to be said. I love love love the oxide inks and this is a nice addition to my collection.
