I purchased several of the Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Reinkers; the Spellbinders Tool 'n One; the Dina Wakley Jungle Stencil and the dylusions Holes stencil. I am currently recovering from carpel tunnel and rotator cuff repair surgery and have not been able to use the items yet.
One bottle of the reinkers had broken and had spread through most of the box; luckily everything was either glass or packaged in plastic so no products were damaged. I was able to rinse everything off and let it dry and all is good to go!
Customer Service responded immediately to my email and a replacement reinker was mailed out the next day. I am very pleased with Scrapbook's great customer service and would recommend this site to all crafters. Wonderful assortment of toys for the paper crafter!
