    Patina for Metal - hematite

When I received this item it had unfortunately solidified!!! I was really looking forward to trying this item but I don’t know if there is a way to turn it back to liquid. It is quite solid, it will not shake, come out of the container or even move at all within the bottle when I squeeze it in an attempt to make its contents mix. The contents remain separated ie light at the bottom and darker towards the top but it will not shake not even enough to loosen the ball inside in an attempt to mix it. Could you tell me if there is a way to fix it for example can I add a drop or two of water to change it back to a liquid form. If not it clearly isn’t worth the cost of mailing it back but I have paid for it and can’t use it, it’s very frustrating. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
