I always choose these blending tools over others. I prefer the rounded versus flat sponges as they blend inks so much better and last a long time.

I'm new to daubers and stenciling; do you clean the daubers or dispose of them?

They are meant to be a multi-use product, and will last longer if you designate each one to a specific color or shade of color. Hope this helps to answer your question.

Although they are disposable, they are most definitely not “single use” tools. These domed ones lasted months, some even years, for me! Just be gentle when peeling the blending pads from the handles. You can also gently wipe them on a microfiber cloth or dab off onto a scrap sheet of paper with a twisting motion to clean some of the ink off if you opt to use them for multiple colors within the same color family (for ex. - light blue and dark blue), but this of course won’t remove all of the ink. I’ve never needed to wash them either. I highly recommend checking out the clear storage cases for the different sized daubers because you can easily pick out the one you need.
