Great buy! This really is a versatile die set and I will use everything in it, except maybe one or two of the really flourescent colors. My they are bright!
I will try using a distress ink to tone them down a bit so I can use them all.
The color thing is only my opinion--i tend to use more springy tones and subtle colors.
I love Scrapbook.com's bundle flash sales, they're a really good value for money. Firstly let me say their cardstock pads are superior. Beautiful colors, pretty heavy weight, cuts beautifully, and doesn't bleed. The dies in this set are perfect from the A2 panel of fruit slices to the individual fruit dies and the word dies too. I watched Kristie Marcotte's demo of these products and fell in love.
Clean die cutting and so many options! This is a fun set. I have used this over and over, and there is a matching stamp set for added detail.
What a wonderful set. Love the bright colored paper pad. I love the whimsical shape of these fruits. The addition of the umbrellas will be fun and love that citrus slice background die. Can't wait to play!
