I'm so excited about this! I'm working on a scripture advent calendar and this is so fun!
This is a fabulous cut file. It is great for 12x12 scrapbook pages or frames. I love that you can add your own messages or embellishments behind each door.
I used this cut file to create a 12x12 layout, and I loved it! It was such a cute way to get multiple photos onto a page (I used 19!!). Plus, I can use the same file to make advent calendars to use as gifts. So adorable!

As a cardmaker, I wasn't sure if this cut file would be for me. BUT, with a little creative editing, I was able to make the most adorable peek-a-boo door style card! What fun!!

I think it is amazing and I plan to send it to my cousin who is suffering from a debilitating disease and I pray she will still be with us next year and many years to come.

Hi I did not get the svg file when I downloaded and opened this Zip. How can I cut the slits in the tree for the doors.

Hello and thank you for your question! When you download the file there should be different files. You need to make sure you are using the cut file in the package that has the slits already included. You may be cutting the background tree cut file. There is a tree cut file with slits and a background tree file. If you go to your order page you can download again to make sure you received all the files included.

I know you can resize. If you want to make this to fit a 6x8 book will the cut file still wor well.Sometimes when you make things smaller for example the numbers it does not translate well

I was able to size the tree down to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" for a card front. I did have to make modifications to the openings - deleting extra ones and enlarging the rest. But, it turned out to be a great peek-a-boo card. It's designed to be 12x12, so sizing down to 6x8 isn't too far off. I find that smaller numbers are much more forgiving than smaller letters. Hope that helps!
