This is super thick and strong high quality adhesive! If you like to make shaker cards, it's a must have piece for you! The parchment paper is easily removable, what is the most important for me when I buy adhesive. It's thickness is magical and if you order the wider ones or the foam adhesive sheets, run it through your die-cut machine twice (Just back and forth) you get the best results! I just LOVE these foam strips! They're 3 inches longer than the Durice strips and are the BEST for getting around little areas for shaker cards, they cut into very usable pieces to add dimension to the smallest ephemera, for multiple window shakers they're the perfect size to get around tight corners and butt up for a leak free fit! I can't say enough good things about these foam strips! I've recorded these several times and like to put a pk. in crafting goodie bags I share with people to try to get them addicted too!

How thick is your double sided adhesive strips

Are you talking about the depth or the width? Let me know and I will measure for you. I have these strips in all widths and I couldn't or wouldn't want to craft without all of them.
