Using this craft mat under my projects recently. Very good surface when gluing and stamping. Surface does not hold project alone. You need to tape card down but mat will not move around when stamping.
Only wish that it include measurements like glass board surfaces.
Will try to use as surface for hot glue gun projects.
Love the craft mat. The size is perfect for me. If I have an Ooops I can wipe it off or peel it off without worries. I'm new to card making and I like to play around with ideas and the mat helps by keeping things in place until I'm ready to assemble them permanently. The grid helps keep everything straight.

A friend had purchased one and liked it so I purchased one of my own. What a great product! I love how my project, ink pad, stamps and embellishments don’t slide on this surface. I simply used a baby wipe to clean and it rolls up for storage.
I saw this used in a video and had to have one great for stenciling. I use it all the time.
This mat is great. Your card stays exactly where you place it on the mat. When you place a stencil over the card it also stays in place while you blend.
I haven't used it yet but I have played around with it and love it!!!!! I love how it holds the paper in place and gives me the room to make a mess if needed.

The only problems I have had is it won't lay flat without bubbles. Not sure why. I put holes with a needle to let the air bubble out. So far so good.
This mat does not quite live up to the hype. My major reason for purchasing was to hold my cards in place while I worked on them, but they still slide around on it -- not as much as on my regular work surface, but they still move. Other things, such as ink pads & tools really do stay in place on it, which is good, but I really wanted my card to stay put on it! It's great for blending paints, inks, etc. and wipes off easily with a spritz of water & a soft rag. It's also easy to roll up to store, but needs a rubber band or something to keep it rolled up. It's a quick & easy work surface to place on anything you need to protect. I have not yet used it with my embossing gun or hot glue gun, but it's supposed to withstand high temps, so that will definitely be a plus.

I recently received at sticky grid mat and was wondering if the protective plastic needs to be put on when not using it??? I purchased the smaller one to use at our trailer and to take to crops. Thank you!
