For gorgeous medallions to add to your projects, you are going to love this Stitched Medallion die set from Spellbinders. This two piece etched metal die set is part of the Spring Into Stitching Collection. This die set cuts out a solid back and an insert for the medallion that cuts dots to act as a guide for stitching the pattern with embroidery floss and a needle (sold separately). The design can also be used as is, and either way, it will make a gorgeous card! These dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). The medallion outline measures 2.81" x 3.3" and the medallion insert measures 2.75" x 3.24". Note from Spellbinders: It is recommended that you use two strands of the six strand DMC Floss or DMC Diamant Metallic Thread and a size 22 tapestry needle (sold separately) for optimum results.
Used this die to make several stitchable backgrounds. Works really good.
