This four piece Bearded Iris etched metal die set is part of the Garden Favorites Collection designed by Susan Tierney-Cockburn for Spellbinders. This die set cuts out the standard petals, the falls petals with the beard, a left curved leaf, a straight leaf, a right curved leaf, and the stamen. These dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). These dies can be used to make flowers for cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals and planners, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects. The finished flower with foliage measures approximately 0.75" x 3" x 3". The largest die measures 2.18" x 2.18" and the smallest measures 0.56" x 0.43".
I would recommend all of Susan's dies, they are very easy and she has YouTube videos on how to create them.
This brand of floral does are so easy to use and putting the flower together is a snap. Beautiful results.
I have never made such a realistic paper iris in all my life as I have made with this die set. Susan makes all of her dies so simple to use, but the results are truly amazing. Every paper gardener needs a bearded iris in their collection!
As with all Susan Tierney Cockburn flower dies, they are easy to put together and give stunning results.
