  Arrived with marks all over the cardstock

  Received this package of cardstock with marks all over the package. I thought it was just on the outside but it was all over the cardstock inside. Scrapbook.com was very kind to give me a refund. It may have been marked while packaging at Spellbinders so I can't give fault to Scrapbook.com
