Product Questions & Answers

  • I have the totally tiffany rack and I am having trouble with it. The plastic pages do not stay locked into the spines, so I will turn a page and they come undone. Secondly, I can not get the metal end pieces to stay on. Please help as if I could get this to work as shown I would buy more. It seems every time I turn a page one or more fall out or the structure falls apart. HELP!!!! I love the concept and what a difference it would make in a craft room to have everything organized and tidy> Thanks, Louan   By: kiwilady2 (24-Aug-15) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • Before opening the spine, you need to press the two tabs down on the top of bottom of the spine After loading a page, you need to close the spine and then lock the two tabs on the top & bottom by pushing it towards you. I believe that helps to lock the spindles so the pages don't fall off. For each metal end piece, the name on the metal piece should be seen on the top side. The one tab goes in the slit on the unit from the top. I hope this helps. Good luck! The totally tiffany website has instructions on how to set up your tiffany rack if you need more help.
